House is Sold... (Yayy!)

Closing day today and I'm glad to say that everything went smooth. No drama in the office as the papers were signed and well-wishes were exchanged. The new couple will surely enjoy their new house and we do wish them the very best.

In other news, Ian just launched his beautiful new F-22.

It's a beautiful boat and the latest product of a lifetime of design refinements.
