Sump Pit

Before I can start with the foundation for the shed, I need to work on diverting the "lake" on the side of the house caused by the basement sump pump.

The shed and trees in the picture will also be removed as soon as it warms up a bit.
This morning I drove down to Springfield to pick up some tiles to create the sump pit that will drain both the basement and shed.

The plan is to collect the drainage and pump it out to the field 60' (18.2m) away.
